At Château de Manatee, we know that travel plans can change. This policy applies only to direct bookings made through our website or by contacting us directly. If you booked through Airbnb, VRBO, or another platform, please refer to that site’s cancellation terms.
Direct Booking Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancel 30 days or more before check-in to receive a full refund of your total booking amount.
• Partial Refund: Cancel 14–29 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  
  Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Date Changes
We’ll gladly work with you to reschedule your stay when availability allows.

• Date changes can be requested more than 14 days before arrival with no fee.
• Changes within 14 days of check-in are subject to standard cancellation terms.

Early Departures & No-Shows
No refunds are available for early checkouts, late arrivals, or no-shows once the reservation period has begun.

Travel Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected cancellations due to illness, weather, or travel disruptions.
